If you like cheese as much as my family and I do, then you are probably a huge fan of chicken parmesan, just like we are! Chicken parmesan is nothing new to the culinary world. I know, you’ve probably seen a million recipes for the popular Italian dish; but, let me tell you, this is the best recipe I’ve ever had for it.

Chicken parmesan can be tricky – sometimes the breading burns too easily, or the cheese falls right off, or there’s never enough sauce. I gave this recipe a try last weekend, and I will never use another chicken parmesan recipe ever again! This one is perfect!

The chicken comes baked out of the oven just right, the breading is perfectly seasoned, and there is just the right cheese to sauce ratio in the pan. This recipe feeds a family of four, and I didn’t have any leftovers after serving it to my husband and two kids.

I realized that I could also make this dinner in advance on a Sunday, freeze the pan, and then reheat it in the oven on a late Wednesday night for a quick dinner. My schedule can become so hectic with two young boys on a soccer team, so a recipe like this chicken parmesan dinner is the perfect solution for when I don’t have time to cook all night in the kitchen.
