So how easy are these you want to know? They literally have 4 ingredients (yes, you read that right). And you most likely have all of them in your pantry right now. Instead of taking the time to make a traditional cookie dough you use a cake mix for your dry ingredients, which gives this bars an unexpected twist!

They come out perfectly moist and chewy, with just a hint of cakey goodness that makes them addicting. They are the easiest yet still delicious bar cookie you will taste! Everyone raved about them at my sister’s party and wanted the recipe.

 

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix

1/3 cup of oil

2 eggs

½ cup chocolate chips

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.

Combine first three ingredients until a thick dough forms and then fold in the chocolate chips.

Press the batter into the pan in an even layer.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and allow to cool completely before serving.
