I can’t say I have ever tasted a meatloaf like this before. My sister’s recipe for Bundt Pan Meatloaf has revolutionized the game, and you’ll never find meatloaf boring again after you try it for yourself. The secret ingredient is dry stuffing mix, which is perfect for soaking up juices and flavors.
Your family will love you if you make this every week, and you’ll never hear a complaint about making meatloaf ever again, I swear! If you don’t own a Bundt pan, they’re very inexpensive to purchase, and they’re available anywhere that would sell kitchen supplies. Trust me on this one; you’ll be able to make the perfect meatloaf every time.
Ingredients:
1 package Stove Top Stuffing mix, dry
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 package onion soup mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven 350°. Coat inside of bundt pan with cooking spray.
Place warm water, onion soup mix and dry stuffing mix in a bowl. Mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow bread time to absorb water.
Add eggs and ground beef. Mix well. Best to get it blended by using your hands and incorporating it all together.
Place evenly into bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour or until no longer pink inside.
Remove and allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
