Quick Tip: Have you given up on making meatloaf because yours always crumble and fall apart when you slice them? Never fear, you have just been doing it “wrong,” and there is an easy fix. Put all of your meatloaf ingredients in a bowl large enough that you can get both hands down in it. Take off any jewelry you wear and get in there and squish all of those ingredients together with your fingers. Yes, I know, it feels weird. But the repeated squishing of the ingredients through your fingers ensures that they are well mixed. More importantly, however, it gives your meatloaf the cohesive texture it needs to make a firm, non-crumbling loaf. Try it, you’ll notice the difference!
