Lip-Smackin’ Goodness In Every Cheesy Bite!

What could possibly be better than cooking a meal all in one pot? Cooking two of your favorite comfort foods, at the same time, all in the same pot, of course! How in the world do you manage that? Read on, dear reader, and all will be revealed in due time.

I don’t know about you, but after a nice, relaxing dinner, I don’t want to have to put in an hour’s worth of kitchen drudgery just to get things set back in order. I want to get off my feet, watch a little TV, work on my craft projects, play games with my friends or do a little bit of reading. I do not want to be chained to the kitchen any longer than absolutely necessary. Hence the siren’s call of the one-pot meal!

Well, Chung-Ah certainly has an appreciation for the fact that there’s much more to the average person’s life than working like a char-woman in the kitchen. Her outstanding recipe lets you get in there, make a big pot of totally comforting food that combines two of your favorite dishes, by the way, and then thumb your nose at the idea of being stuck with lengthy clean-up.

Quick Tip:  Make sure that you adequately season your one pot meal. People tend to be a little tentative with the spices when a meal gets cooked in one pot. Remember that you are, in effect, seasoning several dishes at once. Don’t overdo it, but try to play up each element of the dish with compatible herbs and spices.
