In addition to the garlic, you’ll be adding brown sugar to this recipe, which may seem a little odd at first. Sugar and chicken? But the truth is that when the sugar bakes and mingles with the garlic, you end up with a very cozy flavor that is perfect for anyone who loves barbecue without the mess. You’ll get a lighter, easier version, with a great punch of garlic that takes this recipe up a notch. Big thanks to the mastermind behind Modern Wonder Woman for introducing us to this simple yet delicious dinner option.

Quick tip: For an added bit of sweet glaze at the end, sprinkle a bit more brown sugar on top directly after removing from the oven.
