These Are Perfect For Game Days, Birthday Parties and More!
I have an extremely pick son that turns his nose up at almost anything we set in front of him. Vegetables? Not a chance. Sloppy Joes? He’d rather sit at the dinner table for hours. Pizza? Even that is hit or miss! My husband and I were extremely spoiled with out daughter—she’d eat anything and everything without a fight—so we have no idea what to do with such a particular palate.
Any time we go somewhere for dinner as a family it’s always a short in the dark whether he’ll eat more than a few bites of anything served. We used to pack snacks for him but now that he’s old enough to understand that he has to eat what is served to him he usually just goes hungry. We strongly discourage family or friends from going out of their way to make him something special.
We love the kid but he sure is exhausting!
Our most recent trip was a weekend visit to my sister’s house to spend time with her and her family. I was nervous as I always am that Jacob won’t be willing to eat much—or worse will refuse to eat at all.
So I couldn’t believe the first night we were there when he couldn’t stop eating these!
