This Creamy Spaghetti Pie is by far and away my favorite easy dinner. The most hands on step is cooking up some ground beef. The rest is just assembling everything so that it’s ready to bake. Then your oven takes over and you can actually get a jump start on doing the dishes—or watch an episode of your favorite show (no judgement here!).
Then once it comes out of the oven you’ll barely be able to wait for it to cool down before you want to dig in. Each bite is a perfect balance of tender pasta, rich meat sauce and gooey cheese. Take my word for it and try it!
Ingredients
Filling:
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb Spaghetti Noodles, cooked and cooled
Sauce:
1 1/2 lbs Ground Chuck, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder, browned and drained
1 – 24oz can Spaghetti Sauce, your choice
1 – 12oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
Mix eggs, sour cream and cheeses well. Toss in noodles. Place in a greased 13X9 casserole dish.
Combine the sauce ingredients and simmer 15 or 20 minutes. Cool and top the noodle mixture with the sauce.
Top with an additional 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese and 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve.

Quick tip: Sub half of the ground beef for mild or spicy Italian sausage for some extra flavor.
