When you think tater tots, you may immediately think of kid food. But this is a meal hearty enough for even the hungriest adults. Full of ground beef, bacon, lots of cheese, and a creamy, tangy sauce holding it all together, you won’t feel as though you’re eating from the kids’ table. In fact, you may not be inclined to share! This bakes up in any kind of dish you may have around, just adjust the times for a deeper casserole dish. Or grab a few foil pans to take this recipe to a party or event. Just two steps is all it takes to be enjoying a delicious meal.

Quick Tip: This casserole can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just pop the mixed casserole back into the freezer before the tater tots have a chance to thaw, and you’ll avoid soggy potatoes.
Interesting recipe. Something new on the market – veggie tots! Jolly Green Giant – come in a bag frozen – so far I’ve eaten the cauliflower and also the broccoli with cheese! I think either of these would be a delightful addition instead of the tater tots!
