I really love beef tips in gravy for cold days, but don’t let me stop you from enjoying it anytime. Comfort food is best whenever you want it, in my opinion. This recipe is great for a simple dinner with friends and family, or as a make-ahead meal for one. Just freeze the leftovers and thaw later for a fast meal that is just as good the second time.
