Make This For Dinner Tonight—And Then Again Tomorrow Because It’s That Good
My family tends to get stuck in a dinner rut. Both my husband and I work until 5 so it’s a toss-up of who’s actually going to have the energy to cook supper for everyone when we get home. And more often than not we reach for recipes that are both easy and familiar. No one wants to spend precious time cooking a meal that we don’t even end up liking!
One of our biggest go-to meals is anything with “Italian” type flavors. And by that I mean anything with meat, tomato sauce and pasta—you just really can’t go wrong!
More often than not we find ourselves going the semi-homemade route with a bag of store bought meatballs to save time. But every now and then I get a little ambition and make my own meatballs or meat sauce to go with our pasta of choice. So when I saw this recipe I knew it was one I had to file away for future use.
So one fine Friday when I found myself with a day off (the best feeling) I decided that this recipe shouldn’t be hidden away any longer and set to work.
