My family loves pizza more than just about any food, and we have it at least once a week. And our favorite pizza flavors transfer perfectly to these perfectly poppable sliders! Just grab a pack of your favorite slider buns and start assembling.
We love to keep ours simple with just pepperoni, sauce and cheese but you can add in whatever pizza toppings you like. Then it’s just a matter of popping them in the oven for a few minutes so everything gets nice and melted together.
This is such a quick and delicious dinner you won’t know how you ever got along without it!
Ingredients:
1 12-count package Hawaiian Rolls, Or regular rolls
1 cup Marinara Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheese
12 slices Pepperoni (or more to taste)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Carefully tear open the corners of the cardboard tray holding the rolls so the tray lays flat.
Cut the rolls in half, carefully removing the tops and setting aside.
Spread marinara sauce on the bottom half of the rolls.
Top with cheese and pepperoni.
Replace the top half of the rolls.
Transfer the rolls, along with the cardboard tray, onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes or until rolls are warm and cheese is melted.
Cut rolls to separate.
Enjoy!
