You Will Be Sharing This Recipe Again & Again!
If you have done much restaurant surfing in your life, you will have encountered this tasty, popular dish on at least one menu. Nearly every popular American restaurant chain has their own version. Some of them give it an exotic name, trying to build marketing hype. But at its very core, it is Cajun, it has chicken and it contains pasta. Yep, it’s none other than Blair’s incredibly easy version of that restaurant darling, Cajun Chicken Pasta!
This version has all of the tantalizing, spicy goodness of the original. As Blair says, “Seriously, is there any better blend than bell peppers, onion, garlic, and tomatoes in a rich, creamy, and spicy sauce?!” No Blair, I don’t think that there is, at least not in my book. I eat this dish every time I go to one particular chain. Oh, I look at other things on their menu, but I always come back to this.
Not only does this version have all of the great taste, it is also incredibly easy to make. It requires only about 10 minutes of prep work and less than 45 minutes in your oven. The best part, you don’t even have to boil the noodles first!

Quick Tip: When cooking this dish, make sure that you use a 9×13-inch baking dish and not the size shown in the image. Make sure that it is very tightly covered with foil, as this is what will allow the steam to help cook the noodles. Also make sure that you use a pasta shape that has a lot of surface to absorb the liquid, NOT flat noodles.
