This burger sauce is literally the best condiment I’ve ever eaten—and I put in on everything! (Just like my family with their beloved ketchup.) It’s so quick and simple to make I always have a jar on hand for burger sauce emergencies. There are no weird ingredients or mystery additives like you might find at a fast food joint—just pure and simple fantastic flavor.
With just five minutes you’ll have this ready to spread on burgers or drizzle over fries. But just be prepared to share—everyone who tastes it will want to come back for more!
Ingredients
4 heaped Tbsp mayonnaise
1 heaped Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp dijon mustard
4 gherkins (medium sized)
1/2 small onion
1/2 tsp dried dill
Dash of cayenne pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
Finely chop half of a small onion and 4 gherkins.
Combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Let the burger sauce sit for a while, at least 15 minutes. This allows the juices from the onion and gherkins to get around and for the flavours to infuse.
