It Takes Only One Minute to Cook Up This Summer Delicacy
Now that fall is almost over and winter is nearly here, of course I am craving summer food more than anything. I can’t get enough of fresh seafood in the summer, especially freshly steamed clams. There’s just something about a clam that has just opened up from a steam bath in a seasoned pot that makes my summer complete. I’ve been thinking about saying who cares about the weather and making up a batch anyway, so I went hunting to see if the recipe really is as easy as I recall.
This recipe begins with an aromatic blend of butter, garlic, olive oil, and parsley, and from there you add the tasty clams. It takes just a single minute to steam open the clams, so be sure you choose theme carefully. Quality matters more than just about anything else when it comes to having the best clams. I made this recipe once a few weeks ago when fall was beginning, and it cured my itch then. I’m sure I’ll be making it again many more times before the winter is over. Big thanks go to Rasa Malaysia for sharing this extremely easy recipe!

Quick tip: Want to get the garlic minced before cooking? Try pressing down on the garlic with the tines of a fork in first one direction, and then the other, until minced.
