Easy and Delicious Mini Tarts Dress Up Your Holiday Table
With the major winter holidays just a few weeks away, I have been busy planning menus for all the many get-togethers. I’m one of those people who loves the planning part, but then on the day of, I often end up skipping things I’ve planned because I’m running late or just not feeling it. If you understand that feeling, then you’ll love this recipe. These Cranberry Brie Mini Tarts look incredibly impressive, and taste so elegant – but they take only three ingredients and about 10 minutes to create. It’s the perfect mashup between delicious and gorgeous food, and lazy preparation.
I tried these out as a trial on a day when my kids were home from school, and I had to fight them off to get a taste myself. The brie is creamy and rich, the cranberry sauce is sweet and fresh, and the phyllo dough is crunchy and buttery. In short, these appetizers have the perfect combination of flavors for a holiday event. And I can’t get over how easy these are. If you needed to, you could even whip up a second batch during a party and no one would even miss you. Big thanks to the mastermind behind Fox and Briar for this tasty and easy recipe.
