You’ll Only Need One Pan To Prepare This Amazing Feast!
How many of you out there often feel that you are just too busy to cook, especially on weeknights, when your life might resemble a chaotic 3-ring circus? How great would it be if you could find a recipe that was fairly nutritious, inexpensive and could be prepared in a matter of minutes and on your table in about 30 minutes? I would sign up for that program!
Take a look at this great recipe from Blair. It is called a “dump & bake” dish because that is exactly what you do. You don’t even have to boil the pasta before adding it, nor do you have to pre-cook the meatballs. Seriously? It’s true – just dump everything into a 9×13-inch baking dish, give it a stir and bake it for about 30 minutes. Then add some cheese to the top and pop it bake in the oven to melt. Dinner is served!
Now this is the type of comfort food casserole that is not only going to please your family, it is also going to please the cook. Not only does it conserve your time and effort in the kitchen, it also is easy on your budget, as none of the ingredients are out-of-the-ordinary or expensive.

Quick Tip: Don’t have a huge brood that you are cooking for? Don’t worry, you can still enjoy this easy-to-prepare meal. Just cut the recipe in half and bake it in an 8-inch square pan. The cooking time will remain about the same, just check the pasta for doneness before adding the cheese on top. If you do make the full-sized pan, leftovers should keep in your fridge for a few days.
