A Cheesy, Beefy Stuffed French Bread is Perfect for a Fast Weeknight Dinner
Some nights, it’s much easier to contemplate ordering a pizza than it is to even pour bowls of cereal for dinner. After a very long day, I just don’t even want to step foot in the kitchen some times – and I like to cook! I can’t imagine someone who doesn’t care for cooking coming home after a long day and wanting throw together a 30-minute meal. Unfortunately, there may be times when your budget, diet, or conscious don’t let you just get delivery. In those moments, what are you going to do?
Well, if you’re like me, you’re looking for recipes that you can do in less than 20 minutes, that taste great, that the kids will love, and that use the simplest of ingredients. I may just have found my new lazy weeknight go-to with this Stuffed French Bread recipe by Life in the Lofthouse. It takes 15 minutes of work by you, followed by 15 minutes in the oven, and presto!
