We Can’t Get Enough Of This Tasty, Easy Recipe—Wait Till You Find Out the Secret Ingredient
When it comes to quick and easy dinners I like to consider myself something of an expert. Between my two sons’ sports schedule and my daughter’s determination to become the next great classical pianist it feels like we never have any time in the evening for dinner. I usually consider it a good week if we only eat out two days… at least the other three were at home. Right??
I know there are others out there with the same struggle. You want your kids to have a good homecooked meal but between you and your hubby both working and you kids’ schedules being all over the board sometimes it just feels impossible.
That’s where quick and easy dinners like this one come in handy. As long as I remember to take out chicken the night before (which, let’s be honest, I almost never do) you can have dinner ready and onto the table in under 45 mintes—30 if you’re really speedy.
It’s all about choosing recipes that are uncomplicated, and who doesn’t love those?
And while I’ve got quite a few 30 minute meals under my belt I have to say this is one of my favorites. You’ll love it too!

Quick tip: You can switch up the flavor of the chicken fingers by switching up the chip flavor—a Spicy Nacho Dorito would also be tasty!
