This One-Pan Meal Is A Lifesaver!

If you’re looking for a meal or casserole that has everything you need in it (protein, carbs, and vegetables), then look no further than my Baked Chicken Pasta Casserole. I used to make lasagna once a week or so for my family. Then, I tried this recipe my neighbor offered to me, and we never ate lasagna again!

My family goes nuts over this baked chicken dish. It’s surprisingly simple, for having so many components. I don’t even have to make a side to go along with this meal because it has everything I need to feed my kids already in it. T

he recipe calls for Rigatoni, but you can really use any type of pasta you want. I would suggest using a noodle that will be thick enough to carry the weight of the chicken sausage and sauce. Try using spaghetti or penne!

Whenever I have to go to a pot luck or big family dinner with my cousins, I always offer to make this. Everyone loves it, and I never hear a complaint! Plus, between the chicken, cheese, and noodles, it’s incredibly filling. There’s hardly a need for appetizers or snacks to munch on. Don’t pass this recipe up!
