To make the perfect ham steak dinner I knew I had to include key ingredient—pine apple! This pine apple galzed ham steak is so delicious you’ll never believe it only took 15 minutes to throw together. But that’s the beauty of ham steak. It’s already cooked, so you just need to warm everything up and ensure it’s thoroughly coated in our sweet pineapple glaze.
We serve ours with a side of noodles and gobble it up in no time. I honestly can’t even count how many times we’ve had this recipe—it’s gotta be at least one a week. Give it a try and see why we’re hooked on it!
Ingredients
Ham Steak (choose one large enough for your family)
1 14-oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Mix everything but the ham together in a bowl.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with a shot of PAM & add the ham & pineapple mixture to the pan. Cook about 4 minutes per side & enjoy!

Quick tip: This make a great freezer meal. Mix together last four ingredients in a freezer gallon bag, add the ham steak and freeze. Take it out in the morning to thaw and then cook that night.
