Welcome Fall With This Warm Soup
I won’t lie, Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. You start the meal with warm garlic bredsticks and a fresh salad with delicious, addictive dressing. By the time you have your cup of soup, you’re full! How can you get full on soup and salad? The secret is the delicious pasta fagoli soup!
I was browsing the internet and came across this recipe. It tastes just like the soup at Olive Garden! You get the hearty meat with the ground beef and Italian sausage with the earthy flavor of the vegetables.
I try to make this when my husband and I have a date night without the kids if they are at sleepovers. It’s a hearty meal without overindulging. Plus it’s perfect to eat snuggled up together next to the fireplace.
I normally freeze the leftovers in individual containers to take with me to work. The recipe makes a ton and soup can go a long way. Even after freezeing, you still get all of delicious bold flavors of this soup! It will be your new go-to soup if you like vegetables without being completely vegetarian.
