Little Known Ways To Cook A Roast Beef Dinner
Has this ever happened to you? You are planning a small dinner party and you want to fix a home-style meal for your guests. So you go to the market and buy a nice-sized chuck or round roast and some beautiful fresh veggies to cook in with it. You get the roast ready, but time is running short, so you get the roast in the oven, set at a medium temperature.
Then you go about straightening the house, taking a shower and getting dressed. You check on the roast and everything is looking good, the veggies are nearly cooked and the aromas coming from the roasting pan are divine. Then your spouse calls. The boss wants to come to dinner, as well. So you reset your table and check to ensure everything is boss-ready.
The phone rings again. Your friends are running about half an hour late. What can you do, except wait? You take the roast out of the oven. The boss arrives and brings you flowers, apologetic for crashing your party. By the time your other guests arrive, and you carve the roast, it is dry and crusty and quite unappetizing. You are mortified. None of this would have happened if you had Kevin’s fantastic Slow Cooker Balsamic Glazed Roast Beef!
