This Easy Breakfast Hash is as delicious as any as you’d get from a local diner but WAY easier—plus you don’t even have to leave your house to get it! It’s got everyone’s savory breakfast favorites—sausage, eggs, hash browns and lots of gooey cheese—all cooked together in one droolworthy dish. The prep work is minimal and the instructions are pretty much fool-proof.
Every bite is an explostion of breakfast flavor that only a home cooked dish can give. I serve this often for both breakfast and dinner, and my husband and I can never get enough.
Ingredients
1lb pork sausage
1lbs country style hash browns
10-12 eggs beaten
Salt and Pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown sausage in skillet, set aside. In a large electric skillet, brown the hash browns. (Mine is non-stick, so I don’t even grease the pan, but you can if you need to.) When the hash browns are browned, stir in the sausage. Pour the eggs evenly over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook and stir till eggs are done. Turn heat down to low and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and let sit for about 2 minutes or till cheese melts.
