This soup is just what the doctor ordered on a crisp fall day or a snowy winter evening. It’s full of tender potatoes and juicy pieces of ham and just enough cheese to make it feel indulgent. Plus, it all comes together in your crock pot, meaning that on top of being delicious it’s also easy!
There’s really nothing to putting this recipe together. As long as you remember to wait to add the ham and cheese until the end, you’ll end up with a perfect crock of soup. I couldn’t be happier to have found this recipe and think you’ll love it, too!
