This Buffalo Chicken Bubble Up Bake has everything to make it a kid—and husband—friendly dish that your whole family will gobble up in no time. Plus, it’s so easy to make that you’ll love it just as much (particularly if you’re a hot sauce lover like me!). With just a few ingredients you most likely already have at home you’ll be on your way to supper time success.

A layer of refrigerated biscuits covered in buffalo sauce coated chicken, cheese and bacon bakes up into the dreamiest dinner. The flavors are all so delicious on their own and when combined together they’re just taken over the top!

Ingredients:

1 can (12oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits (Pillsbury Grand’s Jr)

2 cups cooked chopped chicken

4-6 Tbsp wing sauce

1 cup Alfredo sauce

1/3 cup cooked chopped bacon

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.

Toss chopped chicken with buffalo sauce.

Cut biscuits into quarters. In a large bowl, toss biscuits with Alfredo sauce, bacon, chicken and half of cheese. Pour mixture into prepared 9×13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese.

Quick tip: For a more traditional hot wing flavor swap out half the alfredo sauce for ranch dressing.

I’d like to know also. I’m not a buffalo sauce kinda girl, but the recipe sounds good.

I don’t like buffalo sauce but love sriracha sauce. Try that.

I’ve made basically the same thing only with pizza ingredients. Keep the biscuits but change up the sauce and other ingredients to whatever interests you. (Sausage, onions, pepperoni, olives, etc) Add the cheese and bake as instructed. This is a very adaptable recipe. Just use your imagination.

“What can I substitute if I don’t like buffalo sauce, chicken, cheese, alfredo sauce and bacon?” Why do people even bother to ask such an idiotic question?; if you don’t like an ingredient, just try substituting something else, and leave the whining out of your post! Honestly, you’re all supposedly adults, I’m assuming, but nobody ever acts like it anymore.
