Make Ahead Breakfast Sandwiches Are Perfect for Camping, Tailgating, and More
With football season heating up, tailgating parties are right around the corner. That means one thing to me: food! Tailgating food is always delicious, but it can get a little tiresome making the same thing year after year. This year I want to challenge myself, so I’ve been trying out new recipes in preparation. One thing I wanted? A tailgating breakfast worthy of hungry men and children. Donuts are just not cutting it this year. So when I found this recipe for delicious breakfast sandwiches – with eggs, cheese, bacon, hash browns, all wrapped up in an English muffin – I knew I had finally hit the nail on the head.
This recipe does take some planning and prep work, but that is so worth it when you can whip out a big pan of breakfast sandwiches that just need a little reheating. This recipe comes from the mastermind at I Wash You Dry, and I’m really impressed with the way the process has been simplified. It could be much more complex than it is, and I appreciate how easy the steps are – even if there are a lot of them. Thanks to I Wash You Dry for my new tailgating breakfast go to.

Quick tip: Don’t have a portable grill? A cooking rack over a bed of coals or a wood fire would work just fine – just be sure they don’t get burnt.
