This addicting Crockpot Buffalo Chicken is sure to become your family’s new favorite dinner! It’s packed with so much flavor from a full bottle of buffalo sauce and the ranch mix and butter add another layer of subtle flavor that keeps you coming back for more. And at only 4 ingredients it has to be one of the easiest crockpot recipes out there!

We serve this as sandwiches and my whole family gobbles them up every time. Plus, there are almost always leftovers, which is great for having an easy and tasty meal later in the week. Give it a try!

Ingredients (mix up order)

1 12oz. bottle buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s works well)

2 tablespoons butter

1 packet dry ranch seasoning/dressing mix

3lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

1. Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Pour the bottle of wing sauce over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle the packet of ranch mix over the top of the wing sauce. Place the lid on your slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-9 hours until meat shreds easily.

2. Remove meat and shred it using two forks. Return shredded meat to the sauce and add the butter. Stir to combine. Continue to cook on low for another hour so the meat can soak up the sauce. Serve however you like!
