Classic Zuppa Toscana Soup With an Easy Twist
Who doesn’t love the delicious taste of Zuppa Toscana soup from Olive Garden? This recipe may be the most copied recipe of all time if my Pinterest feed is to be believed. Everyone has come up with a way to make this soup by now, and of course I’ve made my own stove top version before. But one thing that always gets me is how much I hate babysitting a pot of soup on the stove for hours at a time. So when I saw that The Chunky Chef had created a slow cooker version, I was over the moon! This recipe tastes just like any great Zuppa Toscana I’ve ever had but with the added benefit of being easy for a lazy chef like myself. All you have to do is cook the meat and then toss the rest into a slow cooker and forget about it. A small amount of fiddling towards the end finishes the recipe and then you’ve got a delicious meal ready for your table. Big thanks have to go to the mastermind behind The Chunky Chef, who took Zuppa Toscana to a whole new level for me and my family.

Quick tip: To make this soup just like the real deal, top it off with some crumbled bacon pieces before serving.
