Nothing beats a buttery soft and tender garlic knot—especially when they’re as easy as these 5-ingredient cheese stuffed garlic rolls (and two of the ingredients are seasonings!). This is one of those recipes I turn to again and again because they come out delicious every time and everyone who tries them loves them.
They definitely don’t taste like they started with refrigerated biscuit dough, which means no one needs to know if you don’t tell them. So make a few batches for holidays or birthday parties and become the culinary hero of the day. They’ll be the first thing to disappear from the dinner table—so be sure to grab one fast!
Ingredients (mix up order)
1 can refrigerated biscuits, I used the larger ones with 8 in a pack
4 TBS unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 TBS Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease each hole in the muffin pan.
2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
3. Place 3 balls into each hole and brush with half of the butter mixture. (Butter mixture = melting butter and stirring in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese)
4. Bake for 11-14 minutes.
5. When you take the finished rolls from the oven, brush with the remaining butter mixture and serve warm.
