A Poplar Sauce Is Added To These Noodles For A Tangy Twist!

I love Thai food. In fact, any type of Asian takeout food has my name all over it! No matter if it’s winter, spring, summer, or fall, I could go for Thai any day. Thank goodness for the takeout place I have just two blocks from my house!

However, I’m not made of money, and I unfortunately want to eat my favorite spicy peanut noodle dish more often than I have the cash to spare for it. That’s why I invented this Spicy Sriracha Thai Noodle dinner!

Did somebody say “Sriracha?” Yep, that was me! I love Sriracha. If you haven’t heard of it, then you missed out on the huge Sriracha phase that swept through restaurants a couple years ago. You won’t see the sauce around quite so much, but that name is instantly recognizable to anybody that’s ever dined at an Asian restaurant.

The bright red sauce is a little salty, pretty spicy, and has a little tang to it from some vinegar. It adds just the right kind of flavor to my Thai noodle recipe. Paired with some crushed peanuts, this is a stellar dinner recipe.

You can serve these noodles hot OR cold. Either way, it taste amazing!

Quick Tip: Have all the sauce ingredients at room temperature for easy mixing.
