Bourbon, bacon, cheese and roast beef- what’s not to love about these sliders? And with just a few ready-made ingredients, all you need to do is assemble these bad boys and dinner is on the way! While I definitely think these sliders are a perfect dinner, this is also a fantastic recipe to pull out when you need to serve a crowd as you can make a whole big batch in one shot.
This recipe is also perfect for game day- I mean, doesn’t bacon and bourbon and meat fuel every great game-day party? You can even assemble these ahead of time and then just throw them in the oven whenever the game is getting good!
Ingredients:
15 Slider buns
12 oz. Roast Beef, slices (about 10 slices)
8 slices Whiskey Candied Bacon
6 Cheddar Cheese slices
3 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 tsp Poppy seeds
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a greased casserole dish.
Place a layer of roast beef over the bottom buns.
Top with a layer of cheddar cheese slices.
Finish with a layer of Whiskey Candied Bacon slices.
Place the top buns on the sliders.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil, brush the slider buns with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Continue baking for another 10 minutes.
