I know, the combination of teriyaki sauce and ranch may make you uncertain if this is a good recipe or not. You have to trust me – the combination of tangy and peppery ranch with sweet teriyaki sauce is the ultimate combo.
Pair it with juicy chicken and melted cheese, and you have yourself a winner of a dinner! You can serve this Teriyaki Slow Cooker Chicken with a salad, French fries, or another vegetable for a complete meal.
You can freeze this meal too! Simply place your chicken and sauces in a freezer bag, and take out what you need when it’s time to cook.
Ingredients:
olive oil
3-5 chicken breast halves (just throw in whatever you need to feed your family. I thawed mine slightly just so I could slice them in chunks)
5 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon (I used turkey bacon that I cooked in the microwave)
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
½ cup Ranch salad dressing (hopefully you got some for cheap)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil the bottom of the crockpot. Place chicken in the crockpot.
In a small bowl mix together teriyaki sauce and ranch dressing (Yes, I know it seems weird… I was a little scared, but it is amazing!).
Pour over chicken. Toss crumbled bacon over top.
Cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. During the last 30 minutes, sprinkle the shredded cheese and allow to melt.

Quick Tip: If you don’t like cheddar cheese, use low-fat mozzarella instead!
