Creamy, satisfying, quick and easy are all excellent words to describe this version of Crab Alfredo. It has lots of butter and heavy cream, resulting in a velvety sauce. The Parmesan cheese, linguine noodles and Old Bay seasoning combine with the crab to make a luscious and satisfying bite.

12 oz. package linguine noodles
3 Tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. low-sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning, plus more for sprinkling
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
1 lb. lump crab meat
Juice of 1/2 lemon
DIRECTIONS

Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Stir in parsley and crab meat and toss until coated, then add linguine and toss until fully combined.
Garnish with Old Bay, parsley, and Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon.

Quick Tip: Add the Old Bay seasoning a little at a time, and then taste it. Old Bay is a very strong seasoning mix and some people find the taste unpleasant.
