Make This Dish For Your Family And Watch Them Fall In Love
As the mama of six (yes, six!) kids I’ve come to learn that when it comes to dinnertime it’s pretty much impossible to please everyone at the table. One kid’s favorite food is shrimp and another won’t touch the stuff with a 10-foot pole. Half of my family loves lasagna and the rest just push it around their plates. And for a while I did everything I could to make them all happy.
And you know what I got? Serious guilt for serving grilled cheese for dinner five times in one week. Turns out the few things they all like might not be the most nutritious.
So I set up a new system for family dinners. Each of my kids would get a say in one meal we eat every week and on the seventh day my husband and I got to choose. And no matter what it was everyone had to at least try it—after all, that’s the only way to find out when your tastes have changed.
My oldest son is absolutely obsessed with buffalo wings and most recently reqested a buffalo flavored dish. Since I’m not the biggest fan of preparing wings I found this recipe instead—and it got rave reviews from the whole crew!

Quick tip: If you don’t have ranch powder to mix with sour cream, you can subsitute ranch dressing instead—the cheese sauce may just be a little thinner.
