These Are What Breakfast Dreams Are Made Of

  • bacon pancake dippers

If there’s anything my kids love it’s finger food. And these pancake and bacon dippers are the ultimate breakfast finger food. When I served them for my daughters sleep over the kids went nuts for them—and made me really glad I made a double batch.

But what’s not to love? Tender, fluffy pancakes wrapped around crisp bacon and then dunked in sweet maple syrup is my idea of breakfast heaven. And it’s so much more fun to dip than it is to eat with a knife and fork. We’ll be making these dippers for years to come and loving every yummy bite!

Ingredients

2 cups Pancake Mix
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
6 Tablespoons Oil

Instructions

Mix together pancake batter ingredients until almost smooth
Cook bacon to you desired crispness.
Make the dippers by placing strip of bacon onto skillet or frying pan and covering with pancake batter. Then cook pancake as usual.

Quick tip: If you prefer you can pour the pancake batter first (just make sure it’s slightly wider and longer than the strips of bacon) and then top with a strip of bacon before flipping.
