Step Up Your App Game With This Tasty (& Boozy) Dip
There’s nothing like a good family night where you come home after a long day of work and school, put on the comfiest clothes you own, and sit down for a night of movies and cuddles. While that doesn’t happen nearly as often as my husband and I would like we try to dedicate at least one Friday night a month to just that. And when we really want to get crazy we make this beer cheese dip for the two of us to share.
We first had beer cheese dip on our very first day our junior year of college. We went to a restaurant near campus and decided to order a bunch of appetizers to share instead of traditional entrees. It was a blast!
We ate our way through onion rings, chips and salsa, buffalo wings and our personal favorite beer cheese dip. Neither of us had ever had such deliciousness before. A bowl of cheesy, beery goodness with a side of pita chips to dunk until our hearts were content.
Once I realized how easy it was to make this fabulous dip at home it became a staple of ours at all parties, potlucks and more. No one can resist it!
