Thanksgiving Morning Breakfast Treats
I absolutely LOVE Jessica’s stunning recipe for Pumpkin Twist pastries, Just look at how gorgeous they are, with their delicate, flaky layers! You could never imagine how easy they are to make. They look almost impossible, but once you see the trick to them (there is an instructional video on her website) you will be amazed to find out you have all of the necessary skills and tools to make these sinfully delicious pastries.
Imagine your Thanksgiving guests arriving for breakfast or brunch and seeing these on display. Think of how proud you are going to be when they bite into those flaky, golden layers and taste the spiced pumpkin filling. As everyone oohs and ahhs you will realize that you are about to be faced with a uniquely culinary dilemma. People are going to start asking for your recipe. So your choice is this: to share, or not to share
I would be in favor of at least sharing the recipe with your closest friends and family. Why not let everyone in on the fun of making these? As Jessica says, “You can whip them up in just a few minutes of work and everyone will think you are some kind of pastry master! Gotta love recipes that look super impressive but are actually incredibly easy.” Isn’t that just the truth?

Quick Tip: As you are working with the dough, put a little bit of oil or butter on your fingertips so the dough will not stick to you and distort the lines of the finished product.
