You Don’t Have To Be A Kid To Crave This Recipe!
Trust me, this is not your ordinary mac ‘n’ cheese. When you make a super creamy, gooey cheese sauce and mix it with chewy pasta, then you’ll attract everyone to your table.
Top it all off with a crust of fresh thyme, grated Parmesan cheese, and toasted breadcrumbs, and something magical and comforting takes over the family. You can make the dish in one large skillet or baking dish, or you make it in individual bowls for smaller servings, but you’ll need to reduce the baking time. Just keep that in mind!
The recipe I have here for my Parmesan Macaroni can serve 6 to 8 people! If you’re hosting a party, you can double it, but keep the two portions divided amongst two baking dishes for even baking. I’ve brought this dish to several big family get togethers on my own, and everyone loves it!
Yes, both kids AND adults love munching on this pasta. The creamy cheese sauce always gets even the strongest of us, am I right? If you don’t feel the crust on top of the pasta is quite golden enough, you can always keep the dish under the broiler for a few minutes to finish it off.

Quick Tip: Don’t cook your pasta past al dente. Otherwise, the noodles will break when you mix them.
