The Real Thing – Only Better!
Okay, I understand. You are trying to lose weight. Maybe your doctor has been pushing you to do this, with all kinds of dire predictions, if you don’t. But you find yourself craving pasta, maybe lasagna in particular. What are you supposed to do? Is there any way to make lasagna without the pasta? Is there any such thing as “healthy lasagna?”

As Erin says, her recipe is, “The best, most foolproof, no-noodle, low-carb lasagna recipe you will ever (and I mean EVER) find!” It is nice and cheesy, with lots of sauce, and packed with protein – everything you could want in a lasagna. But there is not a wide, wavy noodle in sight. Just layer upon layer of healthy, low-carb veggies!

Although it has all of the gooey cheese, layers and well-seasoned sauce that comforts you after a stressful day, this is actually a healthy meal. Want to know the best part? It is made in the slow cooker! You can assemble it in the morning and go about your day, knowing that dinner will be ready and waiting for you when you return home.

Quick Tip: .Want to avoid messy cleanup? Use a liner in your slow cooker! Then you just remove the liner and toss it in the trash – all done!
