If you need a bowl of comfort food during a rainy day or a cold afternoon when it’s snowing, you should make my 5-Ingredient Chili! All you have to do is throw a few ingredients into a slow cooker, and walk away for the day!
This is one of those few crock pot recipes where you can actually turn on the slow cooker and not worry about it until you come home from work. My kids love to eat this chili too, but that’s probably because it’s loaded with mounds and mounds of pepper jack cheese.
You really can’t beat how easy this recipe is to make.
Ingredients:
2-3 cans of white chili beans
1 Jar Salsa
1 block cheese pepper jack
1/2 cup chicken stock
3 chicken breast
Instructions:
Add everything to your crock pot, cutting the cheese in smaller pieces will work best… add cheese to the crock pot as well… close lid and set for 4-6 hrs on high 6-8 hrs on low. Garnish with extra cheese and sour cream if you like, not needed though. Enjoy.

Quick Tip: Drain the liquid from the chili bean cans – the ingredients will make enough liquid in the crock pot.
