This Is Our Favorite Brunch Recipe For Indulging Without The Guilt.
I have the best sister in the world. And I’m not just saying that because she’s my sister—nope—I’m pretty sure that most others would agree with me. She’s such a selfless person, always putting others before herself and helping anyone and everyone she can. I feel truly blessed to get have gotten to grow up with her.
Case in point. When I had my first child my husband was driving truck and spent so much time on the road that more often than not it felt like I was a single parent. To say I was struggling would be an understatement. Some days I didn’t know how I even managed to get out of my pajamas.
But my sister came and visited me almost every night and weekend, dropping in with food, extra diapers, and open arms to take her nephew while I’d take a little cat nap. She was literally my rock.
So when she slipped and fell on a patch of ice on the side walk outside her home I wanted to repay her kindness in at least some small way and began taking her food, too. She adores blueberries so I knew this recipe would be perfect for her.
