Skip Delivery Garlic Knots & Make These At Home—You’ll Be Glad You Did
I have a very large family—three brother and four sisters—and between them and all my nieces and nephews there’s a family get together happening at least once a month. And like when most families get together food is always at the center of the occasion. We could all be considered foodies and love trying to outdo each other’s recipes.
I had long been known for bringing elaborate dishes and desserts—like spend hours in the kitchen elaborate. But a few months ago I started a new job that often requires me to work at least a few hours on the weekend, which cuts into my cooking time. Not wanting to lose any food cred with my family I set out to find totally delicious recipes that were fast and easy to accommodate my new work schedule.
The first recipe I tried received just a so-so response, something I was not used to. I knew I had to try harder—that there were recipes out there that tasted like they took hours to prepare but really came together in minutes.
Lo and behold I found a recipe that fit the bill perfectly. When I brought it for my family to try they instantly fell in love.
