Make This For Any And Every Get Together You Have—Your Guests Will Love It!
I know it’s hard to believe based on this recipe but until a few years ago I was convinced I didn’t like cheesecake. I was always turned off by the “tang” of the cream cheese (I know—I’m as appalled as you ar), and it was one of the few desserts I could always turn down when offered it.
Then I went to a baby shower celebrating one of my best friend’s soon-to-be bundle of joy and everything changed. I walked into that shower a cheesecake denier and left a cheesecake lover—and my jeans have been mad at me ever since!
It was a summer shower at a local park and everyone was asked to bring a dish to pass. I brought my famous baked beans and as I set them down on the table I couldn’t help glancing over to the desserts. One in particular stood out to me. It was a towering confection covered in chocolate and topped with what looked like graham cracker crumbs. I made a mental note to try it later.
Much to my dismay when I cut into it I saw it was cheesecake. Only good manners kept me from leaving my slice on the serving plate.
