This Quick Weeknight Meatball Meal Just Got Even Easier
I can’t name a single person I know who doesn’t love Italian food. From the delicious tomato and herb sauces, the piles of quality cheese, the tender meats, and the cozy memories that many of us associate with these dishes from childhood, there’s just something about Italian food that makes everyone feel like they’re home. This recipe takes a couple of old favorites, removes one of the worst parts about making meatballs, and combines it all into an effortlessly wonderful dish that I can’t wait to eat again!
Asiago meatballs and baked parmigiana are combined here, into something that is saucy, cheesy, and perfect for a cozy weeknight meal. The best part? There’s no splatter mess from frying meatballs the way there would be for the traditional version of an Italian meatball recipe. Just make them up and bake, easy as that! This recipe is delicious enough to serve to company in my opinion, just dress it up with a fancy salad and a good wine. Big thanks go to Hugs and Cookies XOXO for sharing such a fantastic way to please everyone at my table. I’ll definitely be putting this recipe into the trusty dinner rotation for many more nights to come.

Quick tip: For the last 5 minutes of baking, it’s a good idea to raise the oven temp to 400 to help the browning.
