This No-Bake Dessert Is A Winner At My House!

Have you ever had New York cheesecake before? It’s usually very dense and creamy. While that style of cheesecake tastes great, I’m about to change your feelings on the tangy dessert forever!

Imagine a cheesecake so light and fluffy, you could eat an entire pan in one sitting. Let me introduce you to Milnot No-Bake Cheesecake!

What is Milnot, you may ask? It is evaporated milk that has the animal fat replaced with vegetable oil. I had never heard of Milnot before, until my grandmother told me this is what she used in her cheesecakes. This special ingredient will make your cheesecake extra light and very delicious.

You don’t have to be a professional chef to make this tasty dessert either – there’s no baking required, so all you have to do is mix a few ingredients into a bowl, spread it in a pan, and refrigerate it! A little dash of lemon flavor makes this Milnot No-Bake Cheesecake a little tart, and it really enhances the sweetness of each bite.

A crumbly graham cracker crust brings the whole dessert together, and it makes it easier to slice the cheesecake into the perfect portion. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself digging into the whole pan with a fork, though!

Quick Tip: Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator ahead of time, so it comes to room temperature.
