Everybody loves a good basic casserole. But have you ever noticed that more than 90% of the casseroles rely on chicken as the protein? Where’s the beef? This simple, comfort-food casserole from Holly put beef back on the menu. She uses ground beef in her recipe, but you could use steak tips, sliced or shredded roast beef or any other form of beef that would lend itself to playing a supporting role in this casserole.

We all get busy, and in the rush to get everything accomplished in our busy lives, we often fail to slow down and enjoy the simple camaraderie that comes from sitting down for a meal together with people you care about. The breakdown of the nuclear family unit has been shown to lead to all manner of social ills today. So do your part to make a change.
