You likely already have a go-to meatloaf recipe, but I highly suggest you test out my Quick Meat Loaf. The sauce is what gets all my friends hooked.
Not only is it only 3 ingredients, but my sauce leaves a little room for versatility and gets that perfect amount of crunch under the broiler. Ketchup acts as the base, but then you can add spicy or brown mustard to develop more flavor.
Finally, the hint of brown sugar increases the sweetness and gives just the right consistency. Double the sauce recipe, and leave a little aside as extra dipping sauce while you’re eating this tasty, tasty meatloaf!
