This is hands down one of the easiest ice cream—and dessert—recipes you’ll ever make. Two ingredients you most likely already have at home (or can find any most any grocery store) that you combine together and freeze. And the flavor when you combine then is spot on for traditional vanilla ice cream.
If you’ve ever wanted to make homemade ice cream but have always thought it was too complicated or time consuming this is the recipe for you. Most of the work is done by your freezer, and when it’s done you can just sit back and enjoy the creamy goodness!
Ingredients:
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Either with a hand or stand mixer (or your arms if you’ve got super arm strength) whip the cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk
Transfer to freezer safe container and freeze for at least six hours or over night

Quick tip: This ice cream base is extremely customizable—once you’ve combined the whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk add in whatever add-ins you’d like.
