The Delicious Combo of Bacon and Ranch with Chicken and Pasta is a Crowd Pleaser
Sometimes I come across a recipe that makes me wish I could horde it all for myself. My family loves this Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole – and so do I! If I had to choose a last meal, this one would be right up there on the list of options. It’s easy to make, inexpensive, and full of all my favorite flavors. I have never had leftovers when I serve this, no matter who is at the table. And while it may not look company worthy, the delicious flavors speak for themselves. No one will hate you for serving this up.
I love how simple this is – once you’ve made it one time, you don’t even need to check the recipe again. Simply season and cook your chicken, and then combine with cooked bacon and pasta, along with the other ingredients, and bake till the top is crisp. If you do have leftovers, I’ve heard that they crisp back up very nicely, adding a bit of extra crunch to the mix.

Quick Tip: Want perfectly crisp bacon for this recipe? Add just a small amount of water to the pan as you fry, enough to cover the slices. This keeps the bacon from splattering everywhere also.
